Refund policy

 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been purchased.

No Returns
All sales are final. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot accept product returns.

Refunds for Unprocessed Orders
A refund can only be issued if the order has not been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order before it is processed, contact us as soon as possible to check if it is still possible to cancel it. If the order has not been prepared or shipped, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Product
Contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order so that we can help you resolve the issue. However, if you are unhappy with your Moshura product, please contact me directly and I will do my best to assure your satisfaction.
