Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that during high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for order shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
